* On Demand allows users to go over their allocations and pay per interaction, for example, if 4,000 interactions are recorded within a month (and the user does not want/need Pro features), the total cost for that month will be $100 – calculated as (1000 * 0.10c).

* Community Support includes an open channel (like Slack or Discord) and access to our full documentation library. There’s no SLA, guaranteed response times, or direct email support — for dedicated support, upgrade to Pro or Enterprise.

ClearXP Pricing FAQs

How does ClearXP pricing work?
ClearXP pricing is based on monthly subscription tiers (Free, Pro, and Enterprise) and the number of learning interactions generated. This ensures you only pay for actual usage, not just total users.

What is an interaction?
An interaction is any tracked learning or activity event, such as:

  • Completing a course or module
  • Watching a video or answering a quiz question
  • Logging a learning goal or reflection
  • Any xAPI or SCORM event from integrated systems

Every one of these actions counts as an interaction toward your monthly plan limit.

What happens if we exceed our interaction limit?
If you approach your plan’s interaction limit, ClearXP will notify your administrators. Options include:

  • Purchasing a higher plan (e.g., Free → Pro)
  • Upgrading to Enterprise for unlimited interactions
  • Discussing temporary add-ons for seasonal spikes (see On-Demand pricing)

We never cut off access mid-cycle without notice.

How many users can we have?
All ClearXP plans include unlimited admin and learner accounts. Pricing is based only on interactions, not on the number of users.

Can we start on the Free plan and upgrade later?
Yes. Many organisations start with the Free plan to pilot ClearXP with up to 2,000 interactions per month. You can upgrade to Pro or Enterprise at any time as your usage grows.

What support is included?

Do you offer discounts for non-profits or education providers?
Yes. We provide special pricing for non-profits, educational institutions, and workforce development projects. Contact us for details.

Are there setup fees?
No mandatory setup fees. However, for Enterprise clients who require advanced integrations, white-label branding, or migration support, implementation services may be quoted separately.
