SharePoint was already central to the organisation’s intranet and content management strategy, making it essential that any learning platform could coexist without disrupting established workflows.

ClearXP was implemented to sync directly with SharePoint, transforming existing content into a fully functioning Learning Management System (LMS). This approach allowed JBWere to leverage familiar tools while introducing a structured learning framework that supported enrolments, learning pathways, and reporting.
