What exactly are agent hours?

Agent hours are the time your AI agents spend actively working — generating content, processing intake requests, analysing data, and supporting learners. Think of it like compute time: the more complex or frequent the tasks, the more hours are consumed. Your plan determines how much agent time you have available each month. If you're consistently using all your hours, that's a signal you're ready for the next tier.

What happens if I use all my agent hours?

On the Free plan, agent activity pauses when your monthly limit is reached. On Pro and Team, we'll reach out to discuss moving you to the next tier — there are no surprise charges or overage fees. Enterprise plans are negotiated upfront so you always have the capacity you need.

Which agents are included and what do they do?

ClearXP includes five specialist agents. The Design agent helps create and structure learning content. The Operations agent manages scheduling, compliance workflows, and administrative tasks. The Analytics agent surfaces insights from learner data. The Intake agent processes learning requests and briefs from stakeholders. The Learner agent provides personalised support directly to your learners. Pro includes the first three; Team and Enterprise unlock all five.

What is a Realm?

A Realm is a separate, branded learning environment within your ClearXP platform. Each Realm can have its own look and feel, content library, and audience — perfect for organisations that serve multiple brands, business units, or client groups. Pro plans include one Realm, Team plans include three, and Enterprise plans support unlimited Realms.

Is the full platform really included from Pro?

Yes. From Pro onwards you get the full learner-facing hub, analytics dashboard, compliance and certification tools, scheduling for face-to-face training, LMS integrations, custom domain, and white-labelling. You're not paying more to unlock features — you're paying for more agent capacity, larger organisation sizes, more Realms, and deeper enterprise controls like SSO, SCIM, and custom branding.

What does MCP tool integration mean?

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that allows ClearXP agents to connect with external tools and data sources — things like your HRIS, content libraries, calendar systems, or project management tools. Pre-built connectors are available from Free, with the number and depth of connections increasing across tiers. Team and Enterprise can connect custom MCP servers to create bespoke workflows.

How does annual billing work?

Annual plans are billed as a single upfront payment and save you 20% compared to monthly billing. Pro annual is $948/year (equivalent to $79/month) and Team annual is $4,788/year (equivalent to $399/month). You can switch from monthly to annual at any time — we'll prorate the difference.

Can I try ClearXP before committing?

Absolutely. The Free plan gives you access to the Design agent and core features indefinitely — no credit card required. Pro and Team plans also offer a free trial so you can explore the full platform before deciding. Enterprise customers can request a guided demo and proof-of-concept with our team.

What support is available on each plan?

Free users have access to our community forum and documentation. Pro includes email support with a 48-hour response time. Team gets priority email support with a 24-hour response and guided onboarding. Enterprise customers receive a dedicated Customer Success Manager, priority SLA support, and bespoke onboarding tailored to your organisation.

Is my data secure?

All plans include data encryption at rest and in transit. Team and Enterprise plans are SOC 2 compliant. Enterprise customers can also negotiate data residency options, custom Data Processing Agreements (DPA), and Business Associate Agreements (BAA) depending on their regulatory requirements. We take security seriously at every tier.
