ClearXP supports the Monash leadership team and Tonka Learning in delivering its Management Essentials training, providing a structured and scalable approach to leadership development.

To support leaders at different stages of their journey, Monash designed a dedicated learning pathway within ClearXP that blends face-to-face learning with digital experiences. The pathway combines workshop enrolments and attendance tracking with on-demand digital learning content, giving participants a clear and consistent learning experience before, during, and after workshops.

Digital content plays a key role in reinforcing learning and enabling flexibility. The pathway includes a growing library of video and eLearning modules, allowing leaders to engage with content at their own pace and revisit key topics when needed. As new content is developed and added, learners are automatically notified, ensuring they stay up to date without additional administration overhead.

By centralising workshops, digital content, and communications in one platform, ClearXP enables Monash to deliver a cohesive, blended learning experience that is easy to manage, easy to update, and aligned with the ongoing development needs of its leadership community.
